Every enquiry reaches me directly — there is no account manager, no ticket queue and no call centre. I read it myself, usually reply within one business day, and if what you need is not something I do well I will tell you that rather than take the project anyway.
It helps to include a sentence or two about the business, what you are trying to achieve, and any deadline you are working towards. You do not need a specification or a budget figure worked out in advance; a rough description is enough to give you a useful answer and a realistic price range. Quotes are fixed, written down before anything starts, and free.
